DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
EE72 considers our magazines to be a perishable good and we do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
WHAT IF I’M IN THE EUROPEAN UNION?
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns may be charged to you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
The fastest way is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact our support team at [email protected].
CAN I CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime via the link in your order confirmation email. Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund (see our refund policy above).
HOW DOES “TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” WORK?
When you select “try before you buy,” we authorize your payment method before sending your order. You’ll have a set time to decide whether to keep the item. If you don’t return it within that time, your payment method will be charged in full.
